Welcome to CORE DEX COLLECTION. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the CORE DEX COLLECTION online store and the purchase of products through our website.
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

CORE DEX COLLECTION sells products exclusively to customers located within the European Union.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes where appropriate. Due to manufacturer updates, packaging revisions or other circumstances beyond our control, the appearance of a product or its packaging may occasionally differ slightly from the images shown on the website, without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.
The availability of products is indicated on the relevant product page.
3. ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the price displayed on the website, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order where the order still requires verification.
CORE DEX COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there are legitimate reasons to do so, including:
significant pricing or listing errors;
suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;
inability to fulfil the order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
products becoming unavailable from our suppliers;
orders exceeding reasonable purchase quantities where quantity limitations have been stated or are reasonably necessary.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All product prices are displayed on the website before the customer places an order.
Where applicable, taxes and other mandatory charges will be included or clearly indicated before checkout.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed before the order is completed.
Payment must be successfully completed through one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
CORE DEX COLLECTION does not have access to or store complete payment card details where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider.
5. PRE-ORDERS
Some products offered by CORE DEX COLLECTION may be available for PRE-ORDER.
A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment.
Where available, the estimated release date will be displayed on the relevant product page. Release dates are provided based on information available from manufacturers, publishers or distributors and may be changed, postponed or otherwise modified by them.
A change to an estimated release date does not, by itself, constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Pre-order products will normally be dispatched once they become available to CORE DEX COLLECTION.
If a pre-ordered product is significantly delayed, discontinued, cancelled by the manufacturer or becomes unavailable in the quantity ordered, CORE DEX COLLECTION will contact the customer and provide the applicable options, including a refund where required by applicable law.
Customers' statutory rights, including the applicable right of withdrawal, are not excluded or restricted by this section.
6. ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-ORDER AND IN-STOCK PRODUCTS
If an order contains both products that are immediately available and products that are on pre-order, the products may be shipped together once the pre-order products become available.
Where separate shipment is available or required, the applicable shipping conditions will be communicated to the customer.
The estimated availability of each pre-order product is determined by the information available to CORE DEX COLLECTION at the time of purchase and may change.
7. DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are displayed on the website or during checkout, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Delivery dates and estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where no specific delivery period has been agreed, applicable EU consumer legislation generally requires delivery without undue delay and, unless otherwise agreed, no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
Once the order has been handed to the carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of CORE DEX COLLECTION, including carrier delays, strikes, severe weather, customs procedures or other logistical disruptions.
8. RISK AND DELIVERY
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically acquires possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.
CORE DEX COLLECTION remains responsible for the goods during transportation until they are delivered to the consumer in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers purchasing online within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to the statutory exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
10. LEGAL GUARANTEE
Products purchased by consumers are covered by the applicable statutory legal guarantee of conformity.
Under EU consumer protection rules, consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract, subject to applicable national legislation and the specific circumstances of the case.
This legal guarantee is separate from any voluntary commercial warranty that may be offered by a manufacturer.
11. PRODUCT CONDITION AND PACKAGING
Products are supplied in the condition described on the relevant product page.
For collectible and hobby products, packaging may be an integral part of the product. Customers should therefore handle packaging with appropriate care, particularly where they intend to preserve the product in collectible condition.
This provision does not limit the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal or legal guarantee rights.
12. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CORE DEX COLLECTION
CORE DEX COLLECTION may cancel an order where fulfilment becomes impossible or unreasonable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier cancellation, product discontinuation, stock allocation issues, technical errors or manifest pricing errors.
Where payment has already been collected, the customer will receive a refund for the affected cancelled order or product.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CORE DEX COLLECTION shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, governmental measures, supplier disruptions, manufacturing delays or other force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the CORE DEX COLLECTION website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, layouts and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
Product names, trademarks and logos belonging to manufacturers or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
15. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including their name, billing information and delivery address.
CORE DEX COLLECTION cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
CORE DEX COLLECTION may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, products, legal requirements or business practices.
The version applicable to an order is the version in force at the time the order is placed.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to CORE DEX COLLECTION's registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to consumers in their country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents consumers from exercising rights granted to them under mandatory applicable EU or national consumer protection legislation.
